Milano lifestyle: aperitivo



Aperol Spritz by UPTOWN, Castellanza, VA

When I'm in Milan I like to have aperitivo al fresco with family and friends. There is always so much food on the bar counter to nibble: salad pasta or rice salad, pizza and focaccia, grilled vegetables, olives, dips and crisps. My all time favourite is Aperol Spritz, that I have only back home in Milan.

 2 parts Aperol
 3 Parts Prosecco
A Splash of soda
 And Served chilled over ice with a slice of orange
